FAQ
​How do I write in my problem?
First click the pay pal button, you will be charged a $20.00 flat consult fee, then click on the "Help Me" button which will send your question to my email. You should receive a behavior modification plan within 24 hours. The email you use for your pay pal account should match the email address you are sending your question from so I can match them up to see that the consult fee was paid. Any new problem requires you to open a new email conversation with me following the same steps above.
​Payment options
One consultation answer to your question is $20.00 paid through pay pal . Once that is received I will begin to give suggestions on how to curb the behavior. If there is something you don't understand or need further explanation on just reply to the email. There is no extra charge for this as long as it has to do with the behavior you are writing me about. If there is a totally unrelated new behavior then you would send a new email and be charged again.

A follow up can be scheduled to see how things are going for you at your request.
​Why would I use this Service?

Life gets busy
This is a new twist on dog training for most, but it is done at your convenience so that you do not have to be at a specific place at a specific time. Your question and my answer can be continued should you get called away after posting it. Everything is done through email.
2. Dog classes are Expensive
and most do not want to deal with dogs that have problem behaviors especially if the problem is aggression, barking, and lunging. Having a trainer come to your home can be very costly, however there are situations in which that may be necessary., but if you can change the behavior on your own by using my advice it is a very low cost to pay.
​What if your suggestions don't work?
Unfortunately I am not there with you to make sure you are implementing the plan designed for you so I cannot be sure if my plan is working or not. Some customers will tell me they have tried certain things , but it has been my experience that they have not tried them long enough before moving on to something new, or they are not committed to putting the hard work into place to stop the behavior. For that reason full refunds are rare but I will send a partial refund as the time I spend working on your question is still valuable.
Will My Problem be Made Public?
I may use your problem on my website but it will not include your name or your dog's name. If you wish to leave any feedback in your own name that may be made public upon my request, but it is still your decision to keep your name blocked.
Can I send you video of my problem?
Yes. In many cases video is very helpful.
You can upload a video to youtube or embed it into an email. However I would like to see not only the problem but also what you are trying to do to stop it so I do not make the same suggestions you are already trying or we can tweak what you are doing to make it a success.
Does it only take one email to solve the problem?
Not always. I will make my suggestions to you based on how you have phrased your problem in the original email. However sometimes there is miscommunication in life and at times I will need to ask you additional questions to try to get to the route of your problem so it may take more than one email. There is no extra charge for email exchanges on the original question.
Do you use outside Sources?
Yes, there are times when I have a plan in mind that I will direct you to sites to help you implement your plan. These sites will give you step by step instructions or video for better explanations. Much depends on the problem you are experiencing.
